HOW CAN I AVAIL OF GEEFSHOP SPECIAL DEALS?

GeefShop special deals are offered to subscribers only through Newsletters sent to their inbox.  You can avail of these price blowouts by subscribing to our newsletter.  Simply click the subscribe button located at the bottom of this website.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Every product comes in different variations like colors, sizes, models, types and other attributes.  Simply select your desired attribute, which vary from product to product, then click Add to Cart.  The item you selected will then be added to your cart where you can checkout anytime to purchase and make payment.  To checkout, simply click view cart icon located on the upper right of your window, and choose checkout to proceed to payment.

CAN I PURCHASE MULTIPLE PRODUCTS IN ONE ORDER?

Absolutely.   You can keep on adding products to your cart and checkout anytime you are ready to proceed to payment.  Also, you will be able to avail more discounts if you purchase 5 or more different items in a single purchase.

DO I HAVE TO REGISTER AND CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO MAKE A PURCHASE?

No.  You can make your first purchase without an account.  Your account will be created on your first order so that you can track your orders, shipping and vouchers.  You can use your account to login the next time you make a purchase.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN FREE SHIPPING AND PAID SHIPPING.

In general, our primary goal is to bring your items to you as fast as possible.   However, there are times that we receive big influx of orders.  Paid shipping are placed ahead in queue and is always a priority to guarantee on-time delivery of items.  We don't have that same guarantee to free shipping.  However, very often, our free shipping service are able to deliver items ahead of schedule.

WHY IS PAID SHIPPING CHARGED BEFORE SHIPPING?

Our system and payment providers automatically and securely automates the process of your order to ensure fast and high quality service.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER FULL-PAYMENT HAS BEEN COMPLETED?

Your order is process within an hour after we received full payment.  Should you need to cancel your order, It must be done within allowable time, or within an hour of your purchased.  Please understand that we process orders as fast as possible therefore cancellations are highly discouraged.

WHAT COUNTRIES DOES GEEFSHOP PROVIDES FREE SHIPPING?

We provide free shipping to more than 200 countries worldwide.  During checkout, you will normally see two shipping options, Free shipping and Paid shipping.

DO YOU HAVE WARRANTY TO ELECTRONIC ITEMS?

Yes.  Some items, especially electronics, comes with a warranty attached to it.  Please see our warranty policy for guidance.
